Brandon was so helpful during my visit, he offered me drinks and helped me to find my perfect mattress. would definitely recommend.

Fantastic staff especially the manager who made spending money a pleasant experience! which isn't easy with the cost of living as it is today. his knowledge was invaluable. thankyou so much. we haven't even had our delivery yet but i would advise any one looking for a new mattress or bed to shop here you won't be disappointed with the whole experience. once again thankyou !

Fantastic service! nobody pestered us and only came over when we indicated we needed help. we were served by brandon,who was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. no hard sell! extremely polite young man, we were very impressed and would highly recommend dreamsand brandon!

Both members of staff i had interactions with were most pleasant and helpful. having lain on the device which determines the best mattresses for your sleeping position etc i was then supported by andy in doing “goldilocks” and lying on the top of the list mattresses from the device offered selection.. andy explained the components and construction - in lay person accessible terms- of each mattress and even where made and produced. after some discussion and choice making, during which no pressure was felt to make a decision, andy talked me through the purchase, delivery and guarantees to complete the process whilst i drank a latte provided for my refreshment. delivery is less than two weeks hence and i am very much looking forward to comfortable refreshing sleeps on my new mattress very soon. thank you andy and dreams.

We were met by brandon almost as soon as we entered the store and he remained attentive right through until my purchase was complete. he asked questions to prompt me to consider potential choices that i hadn’t even thought of. with his guidance i’m sure i’ve made the right choice for me.
