Great place inside plaza mall in dudley. variety of eyewear for all. great prises as well. i got glasses for all 3 of us and i am so happy with the quality of the frames and the crystals! the optician justin uses is also great, very knowledgeable and kind to children. highly recommended aaa

I initially went in looking for just an eye test (i have always bought online). but, when i saw the prices, and having a fully competent tech onsite, who can do repairs etc, well i had the full service. i ended up going with varifocals, with transition tint, and i think there was 10 pounds difference between ordering here and online. my order was ready for collection 4 days later, and their tech insisted on ensuring and adjusting the frames so they fitted me perfectly. i have worn glasses all my life, and these are, without a doubt, the most comfortable frames ever. it is also re-assuring to know that should anything happen to them, i have been told to come back directly, and a repair will be done, onsite :) i recommend these opticians (now my opticians) to anyone!

Sorry late review, we had my sons glasses done her with a hospital prescription, and i can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service you provided. fast delivery on his lenses. and perfect fitting for him, even re-fitted specsavers glass from the previous years for back up for him. i can't thank justin enough for what you did. highly recommended 👌
