Bhandal Dental Practice - High Street

First visit with a new dentist who were superb from start to finish. both the dentist and dental nurse were very careful and considerate. i felt calm throughout the treatment.

I needed a back tooth extracted and was very anxious but everyone at the practice- receptionist, nurse and dentists were all so kind and lovely. i needed to go on 2 occasions for an assessment and then for the extraction and on both occasions was put at my ease and constantly reassured. the procedure was over in a few minutes and although i felt a some pressure as my tooth was extracted there was no actual pain at all. thank you all so much. it means so much, particularly as you get older, if people are kind and reassuring and the staff i saw at bhandals were just amazing.

Went in for a tooth extraction as an extremely nervous patient due to having bad past experiences. the team made me feel so at ease and it was over so quickly! highly recommend.

Excellent service. my 16 year old, very nervous son had to have 4 teeth extracted today under mild sedation. he was kept calm and spoken too throughout and all 4 teeth were out within minutes. very impressive!

Very prompt to be seen, thank you, listened to, explored options very quickly by two other dentists opinions on the x ray, had two x rays, so that was very helpful, sadly had to have an extraction, amar was attentive and gentle i asked for the gel that children have and i really only felt the smallest bit of the injection, really good. an extremely busy place about 50 in reception i think, the ladies loo need reviewing regularly, it let the practice down, especially as hygiene is extra necessary in a medical facility, no soap or hand drying and very sorry to say not clean. but overall for teeth and a dreaded experience, it worked out well for me. i always want professionals to show their finesse in their skills, and kindness even if they are exceptionally busy, because it’s not every day we have a tooth out. thank you.
