Highview Dental Practice

I decided to go here following the excellent reviews after being deregistered at my old dentist of 26 years following covid, and I'm so glad that I have. I can't speak highly enough of the staff here, all so very kind, friendly and very reassuring. I am a very nervous and anxious patient and I'm in the process of having a series of treatments/appointments and it's going to be a long journey. So far the treatment I have received has been outstanding, and all the staff have been amazing and incredibly caring. . Wished I had of found them years ago.

My name is Bertha, in fact I would have been dead by now without the good and professional service I received from Highview Dental Practice staff. From the receptionist to the the dental team. One month ago a dentist tried to extract my teeth but due to his unprofessionalism and lack of patience he couldn’t and sent me home with xxx pain and swollen jaw. Lucky enough I found Highview dental practice online so I decided to try them and the first time I called, the receptionist encouraged and gave me hope that I would be fine. Yesterday I went to see Sabreena and she was marvellous and caring. She put me in the middle of my care and had time to listen to me, she assured me and made me fill VERY COMFORTABLE. She took her time and explained to me the procedure and she allowed me to make a choice. At the end, she managed to extract my teeth and the procedure was PAINLESS. She took her time and monitored me till I was comfortable to go home. CONGRATULATIONS TO HIGHVIEW DENTAL PRACTICE , especially SABREENA and the nurse who worked with her as she was very gentle and humble. I recommend them to everybody who need assurance and comfort during their care.

Went today as a nervous patient for an extraction and all i can say is the denist is the best ive ever had , very caring , took her time very reassuring she was great best experience , also the dental nurse is lovely, would definitely recommend 100 percent

This is one of the best dentist surgery get appointments straight away and the staff are very friendly and always smiling when you attend and also very clean and has booklets on the table to look at. The staff always tell you if there is a delay with your appointment excellent.
