I don't often post reviews, but on this occasion I feel compelled to. Ed was absolutely brilliant, he listened to my issues and gave me support and advice which was incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend Ed and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

This is the second time Ed has attended to my problems and I had no hesitation in contacting him this time. Ed came the day after I contacted him to remove a wasp nest from my eaves. He explained the process and discussed with me what I should do to ensure my safety. He was friendly, helpful and completely professional. I thoroughly recommend him

Ed attended my property on Monday this week to investigate a potential wasp nest in our loft after I reported discovering wasp carcasses in my loft on my last few trips up there. I found Ed to be honest, very knowledgeable and approachable and someone that was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Through his approach to work he willingly gave me a lot of useful advice about how to spot a wasp nest, their nesting season, wasp behaviour around a nearby nest and the benefit to using any treatment in our loft in our current situation. Ed gave a throughout inspection of my house, checking the front, the back and the loft itself and fortunately determined that we did not have a nest in our house. What Ed explained was that the wasps were trying to find a nearby nest and were displaced, ultimately dieing because they couldn't find their nest in my home. Until the nest was moved or terminated, a small number of wasps would continue to come back to my loft and ultimately die there. Through Ed's clear advice, I decided it wouldn't be beneficial to request any treatment to our loft because the root cause was somewhere else on the road. During his investigation, Ed spotted the nest on our road, which was in a property a few doors down due to the number of wasps milling around it. He was willing to discuss with them what he observed, offering them some friendly advice on their options which, as I understand it, led to them taking action, solving theirs and our wasp problem. All in all Ed was able to take the stress out of what was going to be a very challenging situation and set my mind at ease. I would very much recommend using his services.

Called Ed initially for some advice on removal of a wasps' nest in our roof. Ed was very accommodating and fitted us in same day at the end of his working day. Ed gave us lots of good advice before and after he attended to the problem. Ed was very friendly, knowledgeable (with many years of experience in pest control), sincere and dealt with our problem promptly at a reasonable price. I would definitely call upon Ed again in the future and/or recommend him to friends.

I contacted Ed as i had heard good reviews on previous work he had done, This week i became overwhelmed after finding bugs in my home, after a couple of stressful days of scrubbing , cleaning, throwing items away, i decided for peace of mind i needed to know exactly what these bugs were, so i called Ed, he came out within hours of my phone call, he was friendly, extremely helpful and not at all judgmental, he told me exactly which bug it was and told me exactly what i needed to do to resolve the issue. I am extremely grateful for the peace of mind, and i am so glad i called! Thank you Ed. Ed previously helped with pests at my mom & dads home and they had great feedback with regards to Ed also.
