I have several properties with direct property lettings and i can honestly say that i appreciate there hard work and keeping me up to date with recent changes in legislation. the customer service and staff are always polite and helpful. i have to say reading the reviews on here it does not do justice to this agency from my experience i will rate outstanding 👍🏼
As a landlord, this agency are really good. low fees and maintain the property well. get repairs done quick and communication is good.
