My mother moved house the other day. From the word go Castle Removals have been excellent. They gave a very competitive quote, held onto the date when problems in the chain made it hard to confirm it. About the day itself: They provided wardrobe boxes which made things quicker and easier to pack up. Gary and Jack were the 2 gents who came on the day. They were brilliant. They were polite, friendly, and funny, which really helped calm nerves. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their work rate was impressive on a horribly muggy day, and this was after having a very early start to help another crew load up before coming to us. Don’t know how they kept at it like they did and were as friendly at the end of the day as they were at the start. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday (Saturday 2nd September 2023) I used Castle Removals to empty my house and place my contents in their Storage facility whilst I look for a new home. I used Castle Removals after many recommendations from friends who have used them too. Tom came out to quote me and was spot on with his assessment. Chris (the Boss) has been great and always responded quickly to my many pre move questions and requests. Have to say Gary, Jack and John were superb! They arrived on time and got to work straight away. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The fee was very competitive, especially as Chris supplied all the boxes and the team dismantled wardrobes, bed, treadmill and garden furniture for me. I will have no hesitation in using Castle Removals again when I move to my new home.

Castle Removals provided outstanding service during our weekend move. John, Rob, and Jack were instrumental in making the day stress-free. My move on 12th August 23 went as smooth as possible due to the excellent service provided by Castle Removals. From the start with Tom coming in to quote his knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that they, although not the cheapest quote, were the company to use. Chris reinforced this view with further advice and the plentiful supply of boxes. The lads on the day were excellent.
