I contacted rob after reading reviews on google. i was not disappointed. he inspected my roof and recommended insulating from the outside by removing external tiles as the first floor is in the eaves. the work was carried out the following week and upon completion, there was an immediate improvement in warmth. i’m sure this will have a positive effect on my heating bills. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team.

I contacted rob for a new roof quote after seeing his work on a number of houses, near to where we live. after inspecting my roof, he said my roof was the original (86yrs old) lath and tile roof and had no lining under tiles and recommended that a new roof with a lining underneath the tile and quoted a fair price, rob was friendly and professional explained exactly what work was to carried out and offer professional reassurance on the situation. would highly recommend rob and his team. very friendly team and a job well done.

Having previously had some urgent repair work done by dedicated roofing to a standard i was extremely happy with, i called upon rob and his team when i was ready for a full roof replacement. the dedicated roofing team are professional. a quote was agreed upon before works started. i was kept informed of what was happening at each stage, estimated completion times given and work was don't to accommodate my schedule. rob's team are conscious of noise that might be caused. my neighbours have commented that they were very pleased at the lack of loud noises and the teams conduct throughout. the site was left in a tidy state each evening and the team were patient enough to allow me to inspect progress at each stage. any concerns i had were addressed without undue delay. whenever i have needed to communicate with rob responses have been timely. i am extremely pleased with the work done (replace three beams, rebatten and refelt, retile, install dry ridge system, install dry verge, install eaves protection trays) i've some other projects i'll be using rob's services on in the near future. i'd recommend dedicated roofing and building. give rob a call, let him meet you and quote for your job, decide for yourself.
