I've been there a few times and the customer service is usually ok but not exceptional or anything. Went today to do an exchange and was served by the manager as she happened to be at the till at the time. Got to say, she was very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent customer service and a great range of shoes to choose from. Great product knowledge from staff who were friendly and listened to our needs. It did take a while to get served as store was busy however will still return as overall great shopping experience.

Have just been in store and served by Ish who I found to be very patient, courteous and professional. He is an asset to the store and deserves my praise. Thanks again, I will returning to the store.

Men's and ladies shoes. A lot of different types of shoes. Sandals, boots, crocs, loafers. Upper leather or synthetic leather. Recommended 👍

Every time I come in here I find the store easy to navigate, the staff are super helpful and friendly.
