Waterfront Cars

I used waterfront cars for years when I was younger and worked at merry hill. I called last night for a taxi home as I was up that way, and the driver remembered me from back when I worked up there, was extremely friendly, and a good price. Can't fault them and the customer service from that was excellent 👌

Used this service for many years, great communication from the lady on the phone and all cab drivers, never had to wait to long. Suitable for pushchairs, drivers always help me get in and out. My daughter once left her juice bottle in one of the cabs, i rang up and the driver came and dropped it off to me. Good reliable prices :)

I have used Waterfront Taxis for a few years now. I always pre-book my taxi as I need it for a certain time and for a return journey a couple of weeks later. I have never had a problem, the drivers are always on time, are helpful, polite and courteous. I wouldn't think of using a different taxi firm, they are superb.

Waterfront Taxis are brilliant. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, and use them weekly to take me home with my shopping. The cabs are clean, the drivers are kind, they bring my shopping from the cab to my front door. They are reliable. I wait on the Taxi Rank near TSB at Merry Hill. I feel frustrated for the Drivers’ because of the congestion in the area from people dropping off and picking up, blocking the Taxi Rank. In my opinion, there should be more availability for the Taxi Rank This location is convenient and I hope it does not change to another area. Sharon Williams.

I’ve started using this service a few year’s ago when I started having mobility issues. So I’m using them 3-4 times a week always friendly / accommodating and professional... Plus unlike other company’s I’ve used will give you a honest estimate of arrival times and stick to them. The driver are always super friendly and helpful and often times will give me assistance with shopping etc A++
