Beth is an amazing yoga teacher who creates such a calm atmosphere in her classes
Beth’s classes are amazing, she makes everyone feel so comfortable, welcome, and relaxed. I was a bit nervous to start classes as I have arthritis but the classes really help me and variations/yoga blocks are provided for people of different abilities. The classes I have been to have all had different variations of poses to help you progress each week and you leave feeling so good. Beth has such a calming warm energy, I really look forward to her classes!
Beth’s classes are so good & always set me up for a good day. Beth guides you through the poses and gives you different options to suit your flexibility. Highly recommend!
So happy to have found not only a lovely venue in The Beehive, but to have found a wonderful yoga teacher in Beth. I had only ever practiced at home before, but Beth has such a wonderful way of making you feel welcome, comfortable and calm and this helps you to feel confident within yourself and I’m finding that with each practice I am achieving a little more. How I lived without yoga and Beth I have no idea 😃 It’s my HappyPlace 🧘🏼♀️🥰
