Yupa Yoga Studio

My first class with yupa was last thursday and she was so welcoming and completely made me feel at ease. as a beginner i was a little nervous, however this disappeared as soon as the class began, the support and guidance from yupa was amazing. so looking forward to my new journey becoming a yogi. thank you so much yupa ❤️

Yupa is a fantastic instructor and i cannot rate her enough. i’ve been to many yoga teachers over the years and she is by far the best in my opinion. she’s very friendly and patient. yupa yoga offers a varied amount of classes to suit everyone from beginners to people with more experience.

Myself as well as some of our techys2u colleagues go to yupa yoga to relax and unwind from a busy job and life. yupa and all other trainers are fantastic and i can only recommend to join the yupa yoga family.

First time trying yoga with yupa was the best experience and have been coming to the studio ever since , great classes all round highly recommend trying here

Yupa yoga just keeps getting better and better. the lovely studio is spacious, calm, and warm, and there are plenty of classes to suit all tastes and abilities. the teachers are great and they are genuinely friendly and welcoming. yupa is at the heart of the studio and she never fails to lift my spirits and encourage my efforts. i enjoy all the different classes i attend and i always leave feeling better physically and spiritually than when i arrived.
