We engaged with joanna and sophia in mid-2023 with the aim of developing our second home in kippford. we were looking for something exciting and innovative whilst being sympathetic to the character of the property and the local environment. joanna and sophia certainly achieved this, and more, but it was a pity that we could not progress this due to changes in our circumstances

Joanna was involved and very hands on from the very beginning of our house build. she drew up all plans and drawings which were used in the planning application liaising with planning, building control and roads departments. she worked well with our main contractor, builder, electrician and plumber. there were some slight issues with a few external contractors and joanna was professional in dealing with them and getting these issues rectified. joanna was always quick to respond and her involvement did not finish with the erection of the house and she continued to be hands on with advice on internal fixtures and fittings.

Joanna supported my property renovation and extension project, providing architectural drawings and negotiating the planning process on my behalf. she sourced and liaised with third parties and made the process very easy. she brought a great balance of technical knowledge and good design ideas, offering sound guidance and advice at each stage. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend baineach.
