Studio Velo

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even though they were obviously busy they fixed my bike for me within a couple of days, (santa cruz bronson worn suspension linkage). this was a bonus as i was here on holiday and didn't want to waste valuable riding time. also good value, would recommend to anyone.

First class service from velo this morning. had a problem with the chain on my scott electric bike. phoned velo they attended from castle douglas to kirkcudbright within half an hour and sorted the problem. many thanks.

Snapped my read mech at dalbeattie in the morning, guys in the shop were really pleasant and helpful. helped me get back on the trails to enjoy the rest of the day 👍

Visited the studio today feeling a little self conscious about purchasing a new bike .i was greeted by a lovely lad called euan .who made me feel at ease throughout the purchase, i had a particular bike in mind which turned out not to be suitable, euan was happy to help advise on one more suitable. i never felt pressured to purchase at any point.. the studio has a very relaxed vibe.i am happy to say i am now the proud owner of a shining new cannondale and looking forward to new adventures. highly recommend studio velo

My all time favourite bike shop. always relaxed, friendly, well informed, competent – and with a good range of stock. more geared to sporting than to utility cyclists. i bought my last bike there and i'll almost certainly buy my next one there!
