Called Saturday after a day in kirroughtree with a twisted chain.Sam and her colleague were absolutely fantastic,chain sorted,new rear hub bearings, straightened my back wheel and reset my gears,I was there till 1hr past close.Massive thanks as I got to ride Dalbeattie Sunday in the rain.

Sam and the whole team looked after us last week. We hired two bikes: a Trek full suspension mountain bike for 6 days and a Trek full suspension e-bike for half a day. They were good bikes, we’ll maintained and team always happy to adjust and replace parts as needed. The 6 day hire bike had a new chain, new cassette and new brake pads. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. Great job! 👍🚵‍♀️🥰

Fantastic service! I turned up with my bike in a shocking state of disrepair and they dropped what they were doing to get it back up and running like a dream! The desktop game challenge with fastest times leaderboard kept us busy too - see if you can beat 26 seconds!!!
