Absolutely fantastic. i contacted silvia when i needed help with my dog. she provided so much helpfull information during our meeting. also after the meeting she sent me an email with much more details and helpfull information. i know that if i am not sure about something i can always contact her and she is there to help. the advice she offers and her approach are fantastic. if you need any help then i highly recommend to give silvia a call.

I recently had a behaviour consultation with silvia for my rescue dog, hector. she came to the house for a couple of years and met all 9 of the family dogs which was quite the enthusiastic greeting for her! she was amazing, and offered advice not only for hector but the other dogs as well. silvia was so wonderfully understanding, patient and kind. the advice and recommendations she offered were all so feasible and i finished the meeting excited to start working on all she'd said. it's only been a week but there have been noticeable changes in all the dogs since, so i'm excited to see what comes next! i can't recommend silvia enough, having her expertise was a real godsend.

Absolutely incredible! not sure who silvia helped the most - me or the dog! i am so grateful for her patience, professionalism and complete focus on finding a solution. this lady went above and beyond! only wish she taught my dog to type so, he could leave a review too!!!

I asked silvia to give us some help and advice with our lovely 3 year old lab who gets anxious around other dogs when she’s on a lead and also pulls no matter what we try! as other people have mentioned, silvia spent time with us in our home, was very helpful and made us think about our behaviour as well as the dog’s! her training suggestions, to help our dog feel more secure and us feel more in control, are beginning to help and we feel that, whilst it is a work in progress, we now have the foundations for success. silvia followed up the home visit with further advice via email which was also very helpful. i would recommend silvia for any behaviour advice. she is clear and practical and very friendly!

I had the great pleasure of a training/ advice session today with silvia , myself and my puppy. my puppy loved silvia, this wonderful lady is full of energy, wisdom, knowledge , enthusiasm and is great company. i have never owned a dog and it's fair to say i was struggling an awful lot. he has far too many toys , no wonder he is chaotic, i am very loud and repeat myself. think of those mobile phone holding toddlers 😩 with no interaction from their parents. ( me after throwing a ball a few times)😑no wonder the poor lad ,switches off and ignores me . i think i would do the same. i was at the point of considering rehoming him. silvia, provided me with so much assistance today. i expected to say a word to him , such as stay, then became cross when he followed me out of the room. poor lad, does not understand what i'm saying. i had not got a clue how to train him either! silvia provided so much positivity and assistance. i now feel much happier and confident . i was a great mum to my babies but did not have the knowledge with a puppy. i now feel confident and have been equipped to raise a happy, healthy and sane dog . please do not hesitate to seek assistance from this fabulous soul. thank you silvia. we are both very grateful x
