Great service came when said they would unfortunately couldn't fix problem but as it was via insurance we got new fridge freezer the engineer murray was brilliant very helpful

We have used crossan domestic appliances for a long time and have always found they go the extra mile to repair machines as soon as possible and where appropriate. they will advise against repair when a machine has passed its economical life. they are also very competitively priced when it comes to supplying and fitting new appliances, taking away the worry about correct installation and guarantees.

Great service, engineer called to let me know he was running late, which was no problem. he did however offer me the chance to reschedule if not convenient. had parts in stock & fixed in no time. would 100% recommend this company.

Fantastic genuine honest service. alan came out to look at our dishwasher when it wasn't working properly and we nearly bought a new replacement but he diagnosed a fault that cost us just a few founds for the part and now it works perfectly again. i phoned to see if he would repair our heat pump tumble dryer which my wife has always said was rubbish. alan agreed with her and advised us to throw it in the bin and try a dehumidifier instead. after searching through reviews we bought an avalla x-125 from amazon and it is incredible. clothes are dry overnight at a fraction of the cost in electricity of a normal tumble dryer. thanks alan, my wife was skeptical but now she's convinced and it cost me a fraction of the cost of a new dryer!
