DO NOT USE. Nightmare estate agents. Takes weeks to get into property even after paying deposit and rent. Withheld information about the property until I had signed agreement. As Carolyn handed me the keys, she proceeded to tell me the heating hasn't worked in property for 3 years, also she had now put it in my name and it was up to me to sort it out!! On top of this the place was dirty, as they do not clean between tenants!! The windows were all also painted shut which is a fire hazard as I have a 5 year old! The damp in the house was just roughly painted over and slowly appeared dripping down bathroom wall over the first couple of months. The estate agent does not keep the landlord up dated about anything, making the landlord look awful. i asked Carolyn if the landlord knew I didn't know about heating and she whispered 'no'. I was told at this point I can just get a refund, even though we had already given notice weeks ago on our old house and would be homeless if we turned back now,so had no choicee but to move in! When I finally found somewhere else to live without electric heating, they tried to charge me for curtains that were left in THE Attic I did not have. After handing over the keys, I heard nothing for a week until I messaged again asking where my deposit was. STAY CLEAR OF SAVILLS SCAMMERS

Service in the 1st year - has been outstanding - so proffesional nothing ever to much bother. Always get back to you - super efficient. Sarah who i deal with is amazing super helpful and knowledge of the property is so good and again nothing to much bother. Long may this contiue - very impressed.
