Yourselves conducted my father in law James Mason funeral at the start of this year, Covid regulations meant that my partner couldn't travel down to help the rest of the family with arrangments but after speaking with his family we were reassured that they showed great respect & dignity & showed empathy & compassion towards them all, I work within the funeral industry myself so knowing my family were looked after by yourselves was a great comfort.

My dad recently passed away. The service offered by John Pagan & Sons was second to none. The service o was extremely professional, efficient, sympathetic, empathetic and trouble free. The interactions we had were with Harvey, Bob and the female who drove us to and from Roucan Loch Crematorium. Thank you for making the day run so smoothly. It means so much.

All the staff at John Pagans in Dumfries could not have been more helpful, anything I asked of them they were only too willing to do. They were all very professional but caring with it, I certainly would recommend them.

Thankyou to Billie and Matthew who helped me to make sure I was able to give my Mum a really lovely send off. I was listened to, helped and guided and kept informed all the way through the process. Everything I asked for and every personal little detail was catered for. Absolutely no stress, very reasonable price and was just everything you could ask for at such a difficult period in time.
