Not really the kind of thing to write about, But i feel a Big Thanks to K.D.Hendersons for making Dads send off so special, from the start they were so helpful, and managed to change the arrangements to suit the families needs, with a level of professionalism second to none. A special thank you from the whole family to Adam, your kind words and smile really helped us.

Karen was respectful, helpful any questions we had she was able to answer if we needed advice about something she was there , kept us informed of what was happening, we can’t thank them enough

Having had K D Henderson some years ago for the funeral of my Mother I had no hesitation in choosing this firm for my Husband's funeral. I find them caring, courteous and completely focused on the arrangements that you personally require and I have no hesitation whatsoever is recommending this excellent firm. Thank you.

I can’t recommend KD Henderson highly enough. Karen deserved special praise for being the most professional, conscientious, empathetic person. She led us through the process with compassion. She dealt with everything right up to the cremation.

I didn't like the fact my grandfather preplanned and paid for his funeral To make sure he got what he wanted and not what the family wanted and to save family fall outs but once he passed away he didn't get what he planned and payed for as a family member was able 2 change it all my grandad had a contact with them that wasn't held up whats the point in pre arranging your funeral if someone can just change it all the man wanted and payed for a Cremation As he did not want buried But yet he ended up buried. Staff nice and thay done good job I just dont agree with changing a dead person's last wishes & don't understand how it is even legal 2 change what my grandad payed for when it was a signed contract. The poin of pre booking 2 make it easyer on family and prevent fall outs but it ended up ripping the whole family apart and making it harder and more stressful at a already hard time . so if u want 2 pre plan make sure no1 can change your last wishes
