24hrs and literally every machine you could want

Despite 2 dreaded lockdowns the owners/instructor's have went out of their way to make the gym as safe and accessible as any gym could be. There is a tremendous family feeling within the gym amongst members old and new and this helps with making joining in classes and training a smooth and simple process. The equipment is top quality with everything a member requires from novice to experienced and the cleanliness and standards of tidiness set is above any I have seen in and outwith the local area. Hats off the the best gym in town ❤

24 hour very spacious gym spread over two floors. Large number of machines (far too many to mention) and racks of free weights. Two toilets located on the ground floor, however there are no shower facilities. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Secure keycard access is via a door in the Loreburn Street car park. Building is not accessible for wheelchair users due to ground floor being three steps below carpark level. Membership is inexpensive for what is on offer particularly with 24 hour access. Gym is not busy at lunchtimes and is ideal for those who work in town.
