Great gym Pleasant environment helpful staff showers could do to be a bit warmer

Lovely gym, lots of equipment to use and clean and upto date. My only flaw would be the womens having one changing cubicle which leads to squeezing into a small cubicle to change when busy. Was good other than that :)

Literally perfect bar one thing. We need a tricep extension machine as there's not much equipment to hit that muscle group. Otherwise, love it!

New Gym in Dumfries, equipment level is good and a great selection of machines including free weights. Great staff knowledge and support. Changing rooms are clean and not over crowded. Showers are rather on the cold side. Mentioned this to one of the gym managers over a week ago and still no change. Would be great to see the showers adjusted to a warmer setting especially with the cooler weather approaching.

First workout this morning. The gym is well set up and the variety of equipment is on point. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The atmosphere in the gym is fitness. Great place to get motivated and fit.
