Nice little fitness club and pool as part of the cairndale hotel. local family business.
Take the lassie for swimming lessons, hadn't really been in before but it looks a well kitted out gym, pools a nice size for a wee dook.
My daughter goes for swimming lessons which i couldn't fault except the staff that work at the barracuda have changed and don't even pass the time of day with you. i don't know what happened to all the other staff ??
Great place to chill out for a swim or sauna or steam room or a jacuzzi good coffee as well at a reasonable price
Lovely pool, swim, gym, sauna, hot-tub, steam room...spa treatments then relax with a cappuccino... relaxing atmosphere, in a private leisure club...
