Normans in sanquhar provided a professional and excellent service when we had our house carpeted . we were visited for a fitting from Tom. Provided with samples to take home for the wk end. Janet & Malcolm were really helpful in the shop and then our carpet fitter John came to fit our carpets each week whilst we decorated. John needs to be in the Guinness book of records for rapid carpet fitting and a brilliant job. Would highly recommend normans for there 1 to 1 customer care and setvice Thank you .
