EE

I liked my experience with the staff here in Dumfries. For the last ten years I've been with Tesco but I'm going to change to EE as they do better deals. However I can't make a proper review until I start my new contract.

My lovely partner bought me a new phone at the weekend, and having no idea about most technology, I had to make an appointment at the EE shop to be shown one or toothings about how to use it. A young lady called Cat helped me, she was so fast and explained how to do this and this and this. Great service and you can make an appointment to see them which is great. Thanks Cat, great service.

Served by Callum this morning both my husband and I were renewing our mobile phone contract he was excellent checked to see what we both needed from our mobiles and sorted it out for us brilliant service an asset to the company.

Great customer service the lad that sold me my sim gave me every option that was in my price range was not pushy. I felt valued I felt I was listened too I felt I came away with the right choice for me. He was polite I believe he did a great service to me we impressed

The store in particular aren't very helpful, if you have an iPhone they are willing to help. No iPhone no help as the advisers 'know nothing' about any android device. Rating is based on the store only as I can't fault EE as a company.
