I purchased a refurbished nintendo switch lite, but unfortunately, i noticed a few things were wrong with it over time. i got in touch with gary and he managed to talk me through how to fix the issue with the left stick not properly registering input towards the left side in great detail. sadly the other problems ended up being cosmetic, but gary was happy for me to take it back in for a full refund or exchange with no quibbles. i can happily say that even though i may not have had the ideal outcome, gary was still incredibly patient and knowledgeable - and definitely seems like one of the good guys in the tech repair industry, so with that i would highly recommend evans it!

Lovely service, great selection of accessories games and trading cards, fixed my laptop within hours of getting the parts, great bloke and i would recommend checking out the loyalty service because i know i am next time i'm passing by
