Dumfries staff have always been more than helpful, If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have discovered than i had type2 diabetes

It’s a waste of time visiting if you are old , can’t work and are on benefits, you need to pay half up front before they actually will make your prescription then it’s a 14 day wait ! Now bearing in mind I was in on the 11th of October, that’s 20 days till I can pay the glasses, another 14 days to make them and that’s supposed to be a prompt service ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 , age and means biased kind of killed the wonderful optician and her examination of my eyes , what’s the next bigoted thing going to be I wonder ? .

Very happy with the service and friendliness of staff. Went back to get tinted distance glass, and the staff again,,very helpful and got me sorted. Highly recommended.

I was luck enough to have my eyesight test by Tokoni. The most amazing optometrist I have encontered. For the first time ever I had an eye test I believe was 100% Her professionalism and easy humour gave me a sense the she is absolutely the best. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Called into Specsavers after a bad experience with a neighbouring competitor. The staff at Specsavers were extremely friendly and very helpful. Listening to my needs and opinions and catering for my budget and requirements. Very pleased with the glasses and service. Well done Dumfries
