Got 2 pairs of glasses. one was fine the other was too tight . sat waiting for 20mins while the assistant tried to adjust them to no avail. she apologised for the wait. and told me they would have to send them back . staff tried there best and i appreciate what they did. mean while waiting for other pair to come back
