Great experience, only drawback was the wi-fi signal in the shop. the assistant, mr springay was extremely friendly and helpful and he sorted me out with everything i asked of him.
Went in yesterday as not been since 2005 staff are really helpful and polite and talks to you about everything
Very friendly staff who keep you well informed irrespective of how trivial your queries are. highly recommended.
Went for a routine check. staff very friendly arrived early so was able to look at new frames. had test done and had a referral to see someone about my cataract. needed a new prescription for glasses. all done in a professional way. the optician was really nice and explained everything really well.
