I sold my property through Williamson and Henry and found the staff in the property office and reception were curteous and helpful no matter how busy they were. The estate agency staff responded to emails out of hours and provided feedback and advice about the marketing. Feedback was given after buyers had viewed and recommendations made going forward. The estate agency office is a small time but it was reassuring to be able to speak to the same people. Any changes or adjustments during listing the property were made speedily and i never felt rushed or pressured. I may not have been selling an expensive property but i received the same care an attention they gave to all clients.

From there on I received very effective and clear communication, was kept up to date, well advised, and felt consistently re-assured that they were looking out for my best interests. This was especially important as I was based a significant distance away during the process. The sale of my property went well and I received a higher price than I had expected, in addition to this the costs were also lower than initially quoted. Great company, great people, great service.
