Very clean and tidy site, well organised, mostly helpful.
It's extremely rare for me as a local resident to have anything positive to say about d&g council but this appointment system is the best thing that's happened at the waste disposal site. it's no longer a 'free for all' fighting for a place. it is orderly, well organised and the staff are very helpful and courteous. the booking a slot process on the website is really straight forward and works every time. well done !
