Brilliant, lovely helpful man. Nice and easy experience.

The recycling centre is friendlier and more welcoming than it was when it reopened after the lockdown. This improvement is appreciated. The experience would be even better if we did not have to book. We would not mind having to wait in a queue.

Helpful staff in particular one guy in my past experience, though in the present Covid time, there is less scope for staff to be helpful, but they were friendly when I went today, which is all I would hope for. I was a little disappointed that the bottle bins are now closed so it's only possible to put bottles in one at a time, as I usually save up a bin full and sort them before I go. I used to just pour them into the correct bin but it now takes a lot longer.

I never have any problems when using this recycling centre.
