Great personal customer service. quality shoes. plenty of cheap shoes in town but nothing unique or of good quality. this shop has great shoes at great prices. good old fashioned retail, where the customer comes first.

I adore ruby shoo shoes and i’ve been so lucky to get 4 pairs in the sale- the first 2 i was home in scotland- the second 2 were purchased from australia and mum collected them. impeccable service both times - quick replies to my queries on facebook and awesome staff at the other end of the phone! thank you everyone at the shoe shop!

This is a great business to deal with and they can’t do enough for their customers. i’ve ordered twice over the phone, a prompt response and very helpful friendly staff. swift delivery too. very pleasant transactions!

Great selection of shoes. fantastic service too, staff member was very knowledgeable and really friendly (sorry i have forgotten his name). made sure we felt welcome and very attentive to us. we will be back again.

What an incredible experience. took my mum into get a special pair of shoes that would allow plastic inserts to be added. karen and team spent over an hour and tried countless shoes until they found the perfect pair. i can’t express how grateful i am for their diligence and perseverance to meet my mums needs, truly exceptional customer service.
