I found Lyndsey very helpful and pleasant as we are moving from Birmingham its difficult to predict what time we will arrive we were very pleased with Lyndsey's response and knowledge, all aspects were covered in our conversation i feel safe in the knowledge there will be no hidden charges or small print to crop up last minute I would highly recommend giving her a call if you need help

Not used the storage yet but will be soon everything is very clean and tidy very large. Using the storage will help as a lot as we are between houses. The lady in the office was fantastic very kind , helpfull made it all simple . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quite happy with the staff & service, Anne is super friendly and the price is reasonable , also surprised by the student discount! The only thing I miss is the transport service but Anne kindly provided me a van hire number 😊 The information I was given was pretty clear and the understanding and help was remarkable !

The storage itself is clean and very adequate. The thing that makes the place is the amazing lady who manages it! Helpful, caring and thoughtful.
