Thai Orchid

Absolutely fantastic as always! We worked out on tonight’s visit that we had been coming to The Thai Orchid every year for 28 years (baring 1 year Covid!). The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is glorious, every bit as good as the food we ate in Thailand. In 28 years some of the staff have changed, even the building has changed but the food has been consistently excellent. We look forward to our visit all year and this place never disappoints. Thanks to all at The Thai Orchid for making our holiday!

Great food and great service. After a mixup over our booking we choose to sit in the outside dining area - A bit rustic but with a unique charm. Huge praise to Shawni for sorting everything out for us. And taking our order. The food arrived quickly and nicely presented. The quality of the starters and mains were of the highest quality and super tasty. This Is a total gem of a restaurant and if you're in the area you should call in and treat yourself. Honestly the best place I’ve been in Scotland!!! Food, service, EVERYTHING!!! Just impeccable!!! Will keep going as I have before!!! I can’t put in words how magical this place is… Thanks for making yet another birthday here so beautiful… the taste of the flavours still linger and I can’t wait to come back again!!! Thanks!!!

Had a little wait for the food, but that's just because it's so popular. The food is outstanding well worth the wait. Had a takeout. Will be booking for a table next time. They'll be seeing more of me there. 👌👌
