We popped into the travel shop today to speak to someone about flights to Istanbul in Turkey. They were very busy, but we spoke to a very nice lady, who was so helpful in looking up flights, baggage weights that are allowed, the prices & availability. We were told that we can fly from Edinburgh straight to Istanbul, rather than change planes, which was a great relief. Very helpful staff, a lovely clean office, with lots of lovely holiday magazines to chose a holiday from.

Nowadays a lot of us book holidays through the net, but we decided to use our local holiday booking service ( Border travel) and we weren't disappointed. There was a warm welcome and a person (Lady) who was our booking agent. She was very professional and guided us through the package we wanted. We were there about 30 mins and booked our holiday. We will be back.

Always welcome. Most staff know us well and work efficiently to organise the holidays we want. They are knowledgeable and will pass snippets of relevant information onto us. We came out all organised once again.

Very helpfull, with finding what I was looking for. Far easier than going online trying to find a holiday.

Wonderful service went in for some advice came out after booking a cruise.
