Would 100% recommend Rueben who fixed a fault with my heating system. He provides an excellent, honest & friendly service. Always turns up on time & keeps in touch regarding progress. Invoice was watertight with no hidden or unexpected costs. His prices are very fair, competitive & justified. Had a good experience so far with Reuben. He is a very sociable person who clearly knows his trade. Had a few delays in the installation of my product but that was due to suppliers and things outwith his control. Reuben is a busy man but follows up on his word, and tries his best to keep the customer happy. Really appreciated this.

Exceptional service from River Tay Heating to fix a leaking boiler. Faced with an urgent boiler leak, I contacted Reuben of River Tay Heating. Despite an extremely busy period due to cold weather, they responded straightaway and were at my property within 30 minutes. Reuben was well-equipped, friendly and very quickly fixed the leak to a standard that ensures it won't be an issue again. For the efficiency, professionalism and reasonable pricing I definitely plan to use River Tay Heating for all future boiler servicing and maintenance.

On short notice Reuben from River Tay Heating visited my elderly grandparents. He removed a radiator in the entrance hall way at the base of the stairs to make way for a stair-lift that was being installed the following day. He returned the following week to fit a new modern vertical radiator with better output on the only available narrow wall space left in the hallway. He even stopped to sit down and have a coffee (at their insistence) to have a wee blether. At no point did he make the job seem rushed even though he was very prompt and didnt make them feel as though they were just another job for the day on the days he visited. They've been singing his praises ever since and have been trying to think of other jobs that he could do around the house. Very tidy, punctual, pleasant, and the consummate professional! Reuben proved to be pleasant, punctual, very tidy worker and completed our job quickly and most satisfactorily. He kept us informed whilst working and therefore we will move forward to having his company do our yearly gas maintenance plan in place of British Gas whom we have been with for many years but due to BG main call centre having been been relocated outside of the UK we have chosen to stay closer to home.
