Brad arrived early, after ringing me to check it would be okay. he did a fantastic job on a beige, wool carpet, it looks perfect. he also cleaned my large wool rug, he even managed to remove an historic stain that has been there for years. i will be using zerodry again, to clean various hidalgo houses. and yes, it really was dry!
