I had shepherd's prepare me a home report for the sale of my property. the communication was excellent throughout and it was a very easy process from start to finish. the home report itself was completed and with me very swiftly. the surveyor (paul taylor) was very polite and thorough. highly recommended.
The solicitor organised the survey but communication from shepherds was apt and informative. no delay in carrying out the survey and result was forthcoming timeously.
