Brilliant service, had an emergency repair for my work laptop required, done within hours for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Had to use Dundee Computer Care recently after my son's PC died on him. We went from dropping off the machine to having the problem diagnosed, a very fair quote for the cost of the repair and the work being done within the week. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Contacted Dundee Computer Care for a quote via Google Maps, got a quick response detailing the price for cleaning out the laptop and the reapplication of thermal paste. They had a free one hour slot readily available so I dropped it off, was told an estimate of two to three hours but got contacted after roughly a hour and thirty minutes. Took the laptop home and the staff provided me with some pictures of the exhausts on my laptop (ASUS G701Vi (See pictures)). Stress tested both the CPU and GPU to see if the temperatures were stable. The airflow has significantly improved since it had not been cleaned out for three years, it dropped the temperature by about two to five degrees which is rather significant and no longer pass the 90° mark under full load. (Tested using FurMark and OCCT7.3.2). From my experience the service has been fast and is offered at good value. My suggestion however would be to take before and after pictures for the sake of client confirmation. I appreciate the two provided pictures showcasing the dust that had accumulated but there was no confirmation of reapplication of the thermal paste. Although I can tell by the benchmarks that it most likely has been reapplied, someone else might not be able to verify it without seeing it. I would definitely use Dundee Computer Care's service again 👍

Dropped my desktop off with a cooling system issue in the morning, and was fixed by the afternoon. PC is slot quieter and running perfectly now. Visually, it looks better than when bought it new ! 10/10 Best PC repair service I’ve experienced !
