Simple Approach Estate & Letting Agents Dundee

Simple Approach were great from start to finish. They told us that the market was particularly good at the minute and when we gave the go ahead got everything moving within the week - from home report, to photos/video and advertising across Facebook and multiple other sites. They dealt with all bookings and showed people round the flat meaning we could go to work as normal. We sold our property within the day of it being advertised. When this fell through, they had it sold again two days later. What really attracted us to using Simple Approach was their promise that we don't pay if they don't sell. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their property right now.

My business has sold a number of properties through simple approach. We have always had outstanding service and professionalism from the team in Dundee. The photoshoots and video tours taken by David are very professional and make a massive difference when selling your property. Tom and Ray are both very easy to deal with, their knowledge of the market is second to none. They are very pro-active when it comes to getting your house on the market and quick to react to viewings and feedback. I would definitely recommend simple approach as an Estate and letting agent.

I'll start this review by saying that, ironically, Simple Approach weren't my estate agent. I was dealing with a different company and Simple Approach were the selling party's estate agent; however I quickly established that dealing with Simple Approach was a lot 'Simpler' than my own solicitor. Christy at the Dundee branch was exceptional. She did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it, which for anyone that has dealt with Estate Agents and Solicitors knows, is a rarity! Cannot recommend Simple Approach enough and we will definitely use them for our next home purchase.

The team at simple approach worked with me over many months on a difficult portfolio of properties that I was left to sell on behalf of a family member.
