I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and how helpful they were when our father past away it took a lot of stress away from us. They went through everything and they can arrange everything for you which is a great help as you are not thinking about certain things at that time. Also got a phone call from Devin to make sure we were told when cars were arriving and asked if we had any questions if we did just to phone her also she was kind enough to drop of the ashes at my house when she passed through the town that was a great help. I would just like to say thank you to all the staff for the kindness you had shown us also the limo driver who helped greatly as we had a disabled person with us. I would greatly recommend J & J Gray funeral directors to anyone also Dignity Funeral plan for their prompt help with the funeral costs would highly recommend pre paid funeral plans they save a lot of worry at such a sad time. As a family we could not have hoped for greater emotional and organisational support than we received from this company. At a time when it is difficult see one's way forward and to know what is required, Edna was there at every turn to offer comfort, advice and simply to take responsibility for all the practical matters that arise. I cannot praise Edna and her colleagues enough and can only say that we could not have found our way through this without their help.

Edna was amazing throughout. She showed kindness, compassion and complete professionalism in her dealings with me. I was keen that she supported me at my relative's funeral and despite it not being her usual location she was happy to do so.

This is my 3rd funeral I’ve had to organise. First time being with Edna and the team. They made my life a lot easier than need be. Comparing to the other funeral director I’ve used in the past. You can’t compare them at all. Edna and Brian have helped me through everything you can possibly think of. Helping making it as stressful as possible considering the circumstances.
