The Small Group PT at GHF has been the best ever for me in terms of health and fitness. I have been a member of quite a few gyms over the years but I tended to just go through the motions and not feel any significant benefits but SGPT ensures you are working to the very best of your ability and that you continue to push yourself. The coaches listen, support, correct your technique and suggest alternative exercises for any individual problem areas, their attention to detail is second to none and your SGPT gym buddies will also become a source of inspiration and motivation. The weights I am now using is incredible in comparison to what I was lifting previously, I would never have imagined I would be picking these up let alone working out with them regularly. As a result I saw a change in my physique and mental heath within a few months of training at GHF and feel fitter, stronger and more energised than I have ever felt! The added bonus is that I have met some wonderful people through GHF who I now call friends and I am part of a wonderful supportive community.
