Really good Gym! Great atmosphere and a very welcoming place with all ages attending. Great variety of equipment and access to a variety of classes all at a good price. The equipment is every well maintained and both the gym and changing areas are always kept clean.I highly recommend and will continue to attend. If you are looking for a Pt Kacper is the one.

Great gym, clean and well maintained. Staff are always very friendly and helpful if you need assistance with anything. I started going to the gym in September 2022 with Sarah as my personal trainer, I had a goal of losing fat and building strength. In the almost 8 months I've been working with her I've definitely done just that! I feel so much happier and healthier. Going to the gym is part of my day now and no longer feels like a chore. I'd recommend Sarah and the gym group Dundee to anyone!

As it says on the tin. It's a gym, quite a nice one actually. Like the fact that it's open 24/7 and the automated entry that works. I had been to others where this would normally work, but there was always an override and used quite a bit. Here it seems it's the main way apart from the disabled access door. Love the gear so far, quite busy but still good availability on the equipment (even tells you in the app how many people are in and what's the designed capacity). FIIT app is included with the top tier membership and is quite good for building strength, stability and aerobics. Missing weight lifting classes. Good availability for PTs, just pop in and take to one during the day. Haven't booked a free class, but they looked alright and were fairly busy.

I went as a part of the bring a friend pass my partner has in order to see if starting weight training was something I could get into, I normally feel anxious when going to gyms because reasons 😆 but this gym isn't so bad and the staff were friendly especially the one guy who spoke to us (sorry I didn't catch yer name!). Would definitely go back though, 'specially when it's quieter 😊

The gym is nice, plenty of room for workouts in a well ventilated hall. Equipment seems well serviced and the staff are very kind and helpful.
