I had a pretty bad fear of germs and it really got in the way of alot of simple everyday things. after 1 session i felt a diffrence and after 4 or 5 i feel great! so easy to chat to and understanding. thanks stewart!
I really struggled with the sound of people eating and noises in general, to the point i'd started to isolate myself. spent a long time with this problem and after only a couple of sessions with stewart i can't believe the change in my day to day life! can't fault it! even with covid and doing the sessions through video call, it's set up so easy and very convenient being able to do it in the comfort of my own space. would definitely recommend!
I went to stewart to gain confidence for public speaking as i was starting to teach classes. before going, i would feel physically sick at the thought of speaking in public. this is now a thing of the past. i really enjoy doing classes now and can't thank stewart enough for his help.
I went to stewart for 2 sessions with regards to my driving exam anxiety. i had previously failed my exam 3 times which had negatively affected my confidence. i had my fourth exam this morning and passed!! no minors, couldn't have been more perfect! i am so thankful for stewart's help. cannot recommend more.
Meeting stewart was the best thing that i ever did! after years of struggling with travel anxiety i finally took control with help from stewart. the fear of going away was impacting on other areas of my life too resulting in months of disturbed sleep and general anxiety growing. i did around 4 sessions and immediately felt a level of relief after session 1 and my sleep immediately improved, by session 2 i was already feeling more confident about the pending holiday. the last 2 sessions were really just top ups and i went for a family weekend away and enjoyed it much more than i ever thought i could. i’ve since been away for a whole week and never needed any prescribed medication which i previously would rely on. his input has been life changing for me! i would say that hypnosis works best on people really open to it, i was already well versed in meditation and mindfulness so found the process easy to engage with. i would describe it as a deep guided meditation that left me feeling peaceful. he also gave me strategies at home that supported encouraging the subconscious changes that i needed. it’s important to do the these too for maximum success! if your struggling with more conventional methods of managing any form on anxiety or want to move away from conventional medications i would urge you to contact stewart and choose to take control! stewart is very skilled and easy to engage with, he provides a supportive, non judgemental environment to address whatever it is you need help with! i can’t recommend him enough!
