Upon arriving for my Saturday morning appointment, I was informed the optician was running late as their train had been delayed in Perth. Unfortunately I had a prior appointment at 10am for which I could not miss. Katie at front of desk managed to get me seen by another optometrist which allowed my to make my appointment. This was first class service from Katie and the staff at Vision Express Dundee. Excellent customer service.

Had my spectacles broken nose pad changed here free of charge. Was really touched that they are willing to it for free. Five stars for the customer service and the wonderful senior lady that served me.
