Super impressed with neil. he was able to come out quickly to help us with a flea problem. he was very professional and knowledgeable. we also have two small children so were anxious about using chemicals around them, however he has given us a comprehensive plan for how to keep them safe and was able to treat the house in a way that minimized exposure for the children. importantly we have gone from 20+ fleas on a trap in an hour to absolutely none at all since he has been! thank you so much!

Neil was brilliant and came out within 4 hours of me contacting him about our wasp issue around a dormer window which was resulting in wasps being found in my daughter's bedroom. he completed the job entirely externally and didn't need to disturb us at all. wasp activity was reduced almost immediately and within 24 hours was gone. very efficient and effective job.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish and beyond. got me booked in as soon as he could, came exactly when said and got to work. we had a problem with fruit flies, 2 visits and they were all gone. kept in touch even after to see if we had any problems and all was still ok. absolutely delighted xxx
