Fabulous A1 service today from Steph. High quality, intelligent problem solving and sheer determination to ensure I was a happy customer.

Had passport photos taken today. Member of the team was a bit unfriendly initially, however warmed up quickly. Pictures taken quickly and professionally. I was allowed to choose my preferred picture and obtained extra copies just in case. Unique code provided and images placed in a folder with a copy emailed to me for use with other IDs. Very pleased with the service so far. Proof will be in the photos being accepted by the passport office.
