It was an appointment made for my grandson who has had an ongoing problem with his knees. This has been worsening so it was extremely reassuring that the problem is fixable with a few exercises. This was explained to Jayden clearly after a thorough examination which targeted the problem. So glad that we were recommended to visit Heal.

I have had an appointment with Karen to help me relax my muscles with sports massage. I am a competitive powerlifter and have struggled with sciatica for a while. I have used HEAL physiotherapy services through my work for a while, and the team has been absolutely fantastic. The exercises have helped significantly, but the sciatica kept coming back. We identified that my muscles are really tight and need relaxing, which is why I was referred to Karen. In the 45min appointment, she managed to loosen a lot of the problem area and left me feeling amazing! I am looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you
