Called on saturday morning as central heating wasn't working, the engineer was here by the afternoon as he had a few other jobs and fixed it promptly. i was expecting to pay a fortune for a weekend call out but not at all! a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. wouldn't use anyone else now.

Great service, can't fault it. in the middle of a busy afternoon he made time to attend our leak under the sink. he quickly got to the cause of the problem and saved us a bigger repair. also gave advice on a problem with my hot water supply and showed me how to make the necessary adjustments. two issues fixed for the (very reasonable) price of one. thank you!

After several plumber no shows ahmed came out on the same day to replace our bathroom tap. hubby’s pleased he no longer needs to boil a kettle to shave. thank you for fast efficient friendly service. highly recommend.

My mum's (in her 80s) boiler stopped working and worcester bosch wouldn't send an engineer for 5 days! i found dundee plumbing and heating through a google search. ahmed arrived within 2 hours, fixed the problem quickly and charged a very fair price - with no surcharge for a saturday call out. i would definitely recommend this company - fantastic service!
